Welcome to Scobikart. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Scobikart mobile application, this website, and our delivery services (together, the “Services”), operated from Naushera, Jammu & Kashmir, India. By accessing our website or using the Scobikart app, you agree to these Terms.
1. Ordering through the app
This website is informational only. Orders can be placed exclusively through the Scobikart mobile app, available on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store. No purchases, payments or checkout are processed on this website.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to place an order. You are responsible for providing accurate delivery details and for all activity under your account.
3. Products, availability & pricing
- Product availability, images and descriptions are subject to change and may vary based on stock and location.
- Prices, delivery fees and any applicable charges are shown in the app at the time of order and are inclusive of taxes where required.
- We reserve the right to correct errors and to limit order quantities.
4. Delivery
We aim to deliver within the estimated time shown in the app; however, delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, traffic, demand and address accessibility. Delivery is available only within serviceable areas of Jammu.
5. Cancellations & refunds
Orders may be cancelled within the window allowed in the app. Refunds, where applicable, are governed by our Refund Policy.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Services, attempt to disrupt them, place fraudulent orders, or use them for any unlawful purpose.
7. Intellectual property
The Scobikart name, logo, app, website and content are the property of Scobikart and may not be copied or used without permission.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scobikart shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts at Jammu, Jammu & Kashmir shall have jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.

Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with every Scobikart order. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are provided. All orders are placed through the Scobikart app, and refund requests are handled there.
1. When you’re eligible for a refund
- You received a damaged, spoiled or expired item.
- An item was missing from your order.
- You received the wrong item.
- Your order was not delivered after being charged.
2. How to report an issue
Please report any issue within 24 hours of delivery via the in-app help & chat, or by emailing info@scobikart.com. Sharing a photo of the affected item helps us resolve it faster.
3. Refund method & timeline
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method or as Scobikart credit, based on your preference. Refunds typically reflect within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or provider.
4. Cancellations
Orders cancelled within the allowed window in the app are eligible for a full refund. Once an order is packed or out for delivery, cancellation may not be possible.
5. Non-refundable situations
- Issues reported after the 24-hour window.
- Incorrect delivery address or unavailability at the time of delivery.
- Minor natural variation in fresh produce (size, shape or colour).
